Boodai Trading Company, the oldest company

in the Boodai Corporation, was established in the mid-1950s

initially to supply essential tools and other equipment

to the burgeoning Kuwait oil exploration industry.

Oil fuel led Kuwait's phenomenal growth from a small desert community to a sophisticated, modern country. Boodai Trading Company promptly diversified into a broader range of construction equipment, enabling the company to service the needs of civil construction companies involved in the infrastructure construction of roads, ports, docks, schools, hospitals and houses The oil and construction businesses have both changed and matured since the 1950s, and Boodai Trading Company has adapted to those changes, growing considerably in the process. Today, the spread of activities encompasses: heavy construction equipment, including cranes, excavators, wheel loaders, graders, rollers, bulldozers, fork-lift trucks, concrete pumps, transit mixers, air-compressors, generators and batching plants; oil field supplies, including drilling and pipeline components and generator sets; maintenance services, workshops and garages; spare parts.


Customer Service was and is Key

Boodai Trading Company's philosophy is to provide a comprehensive range of spare parts and after-sales service. It carries, for example, a stock of 300,000 different items, from nuts and bolts to bulldozer blades and diesel engines. Boodai Trading Company also operates a distribution network at Dubai's free zone - Jebel Ali - for a comprehensive range of consumer durable products throughout the Gulf States and the Middle East.
